📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Ignite your passion for hospitality as a dynamic, luxury Corporate Hospitality Associate
Shift: 8am - 5pm ; Monday - Friday
Compensation: $27/hr
Responsibilities
- Create unforgettable experiences for clients and end-users, exceeding expectations.- Manage conference room reservations, setups, and maintenance with precision.- Handle a high-volume email inbox and ticket requests efficiently.- Facilitate clear communication with various departments, ensuring seamless coordination.- Assist clients, handle calls professionally, and maintain accurate records.- Collaborate with the Security team for a warm welcome to visitors.- Oversee conference room setups, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.- Run end-of-day reports and maintain office essentials.
Requirements
- Preferred college degree or equivalent.- 3+ years of corporate hospitality/administrative experience.- Proficient in Outlook and calendar scheduling.- Positive, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.- Flexibility for potential overtime and strong multitasking abilities.- Polished appearance suitable for a professional corporate environment.- Team player with strong time management skills.
