Primary Responsibilities:Customer-Centric Support: As the "go-to" person on the floor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance, valuable information, and seamless direction. You'll be responsible for ensuring our guests and visitors feel welcome and well-informed throughout their visit.Meeting Excellence: From verifying room requirements to conducting floor tours, you'll ensure every meeting space is optimized and ready to deliver a flawless experience. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure all meetings start on time and exceed expectations.Workspace Advocacy: Championing our hoteling culture, you'll assist guests and visitors in securing workspace, optimizing room occupancy, and reclaiming unused meeting space.
