Print Production Specialist
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Print Production Specialist will perform the daily mass printing functions for the company. This includes managing print jobs across multiple platforms on high-capacity printer/copiers a well as specialized printers for specific requests. The position will require working with multiple print media types, black/white and color projects as well as specialized requests. It also requires meeting daily project delivery schedules as well as ad-hoc requests. This role reports to the Infrastructure Support Lead.
Expectations
Manage daily scheduled print jobs and ensure completion meets service level expectations. Manage print queues in an effective and timely manner. Coordinate with business units regarding any job discrepancies or delays. Deliver applicable print jobs daily as expected by the business units. Maintain print media and printer supplies to appropriate levels. Ensure that proper printer maintenance is maintained. Work with maintenance vendor to complete service and repairs in a timely manner as to reduce overall downtime. Other duties as assigned.

Requisites
High school diploma Computer literate and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Mechanically inclined One or more years working in a print production or similar role Able to lift/move/carry 70+ pounds Working hours: 5:30am-2:30pm; M-F
