Title: Senior Manager Analytics Salary: Paying up to $180,000 + Bonus and benefits Location: Florida or Boston (Hybrid) Sector: Retail
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the top Retail brands in the US. As the Senior Manager, Analytics you will lead a small team of Analysts with a view to grow out the scope of the team as projects being to get traction. As an organization they are consumer first and keen to take a deeper dive into the core products they provide with an analytical lens.
With thousands of brands and products on offer, this will be an integral role to the business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:Develop analytical solutions and insights to support a core new offering/services within the organization.Influence strategies with key stakeholder's to maximize ROI, customer acquisition and retention and overall customer satisfaction.Work with large data sets to deliver clear narratives which tell the consumer story and offer insightful recommendations to improve business performance.Build reporting tools for core measurement requirements across acquisition, retention, financial performance, feature engagement and more.Partner cross-functionally with engineering, QA and product teams to release new analytical solutions.Development of KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess customer engagement across digital and physical platforms.
Key Requirements:Proven experience operating as a hands-on Analytical Manager, assessing and executing cross-functional projects with minimal direction from leadership.Experience within the Ecommerce industry and deeper understanding of customer data sets such as customer journey, conversion funnels, pricing, assortment, fulfillment and marketing.Hands on expertise with SQL, Tableau and Python.Ability to translate findings efficiently to key stakeholders of all levels and educate/influence depending on results to improve business performance.Product mindset to not only take orders but to also think outside the box to provide optimal analytical solutions at scale.
