Our Mission is To provide the highest quality service, strive for growth, and to cultivate exceptional human beings.Our CORE VALUES are Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Professionalism, Team Player.Those with the following qualifications will be considered:● Must have prior routing/scheduling experience with a service company● Must have dispatching experience● Must have customer service experience● Must be capable of multitasking, handling multiple phone lines, and be proficient on a computer.Must be able to follow directions and company processes● Must have a good sense of direction and know the upstate geographyMust fit our culture and have mutual core valuesAble to pass background and drug screensJob Duties and expected results include:● Answering busy phones, and immediately handling customer requests.● Scheduling services and routing Service Professionals – maximizing the number of stops run per day and minimizing fuel expense.● Handling emailed scheduling changes from Service Professionals.● Assisting Service ManagersDue to our constant growth and need to hire, career paths exist for ambitious, goal-oriented members of our team.Position is full time , Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm with a 1/2 hour lunch break. Compensation starts at $20 per hour. Compensation is negotiable based on prior experience.
