Front End Development Engineer

Job Description

As a UI Software Engineer, you will work on the FortiSIEM user-interface, maintaining the existing product and designing and coding new features.

Responsibilities

Develop new screens in the UI as requirements evolve for FortiSIEM Work with Application Server and Database teams to make a feature work end-to-end Write design documents, code, and test features Work together with the FortiSIEM engineering and QA teams on bugs and customer issues

Required Skills

3+ years working with software development teams 3+ years of experience in UI design and development 3+ years of hands-on experience in HTML, Javascript, Git, Typescript, Browser debugging tools, and AngularJS Experience with Angular 2+ and the Gerrit code review system is advantageous

Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$145,000. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion.
