If so, Fortrea is hiring for On Call Clinical Research Tech - this role is primarily responsible for for performing practical/administrative activities of clinical trials in Clinical Pharmacology in line with protocol and regulatory requirements.

What To Expect

(Job duties include but not limited to)

Accurately perform blood pressure, pulse, weights, respiratory rate and temperature readingsPreparation and accurate recording of ECGs/HoltersCollection and processing of biological samples as specified in the protocol and ensures the proper distribution of those samplesMonitors meals to ensure dietary compliance by research participantsAssist with screening procedures as necessaryAssist in the preparation of rooms and medical equipmentMaintain a clean, safe and efficient working and study environmentAssist with QC of source documents and case report formsTranscription of data from source documentation onto the Case Report Forms (CRFs) for simple to complex studies and QC of CRFsFoster respectful relationships with study participantsAccurately record all research data obtained or observedMaintains a basic understanding of current regulatory requirementsHandles participant complaints efficiently and effectively in order that their satisfaction is maintainedEnsures that client and participant confidentiality is maintainedObserve study subjects for general well-being and report appropriatelyCheck in and check out study participantsWorks closely with Study Coordinators on FMEA, as requestedAnd other duties and or tasks as assigned

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's in Science, preferred Language Skills: English Required (Speaking, Writing, and Reading)In lieu of education relevant job experience will be considered

Experience

Typically looking for 1-2 years of Clinical Research Tech experienceCNA / Med Tech experience, preferred Experience can be from a clinical or non-clinical backgroundExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to prioritize workloadsGood organizational skills

Ability To Cover Weekends And Or Overnights Preferred
