As a Drug Rebate Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling and designating rebate payments at the National Drug Code level, engaging in client and drug manufacturer interactions, tracking correspondence, and maintaining meticulous daily status reporting.Key Responsibilities:Reconciliation and Designation: Responsible for accurately reconciling and designating rebate payments in the Drug Rebate system at the National Drug Code level, ensuring precision and compliance.Client and Manufacturer Interaction: Conduct research and respond promptly to client and drug manufacturer inquiries, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Correspondence Management: Track and organize incoming manufacturers' correspondence, maintaining a systematic approach to information flow.Invoicing and Late Payment Notices: Manage the mailing of invoices and late payment notice letters, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.Reporting: Complete daily status reporting, providing insights into the progress of rebate processes and identifying areas for improvement.Confidential Data Handling: Adhere to company policies and guidelines in handling confidential data, ensuring the utmost security and integrity of sensitive information.
