You Will

Solve really hard problems with clear framing, a deep understanding of the data, creative options, a clear recommendation, and prioritization conversations with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.Collaborate with cross functional teams of of product managers, designers, and doctors to implement to deliver world class care to our members.Execute to keep our care teams working like a well oiled machine - hire, onboard, manage, and measure the teams that deliver care. Own performance metrics for the sub-system you own.Identify and implement scalable processes and tools to automate yourself out of the execution work.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience solving problems, implementing recommendations, and executing business processesExcellent communication skillsExperience with data access tools (Looker, SQL)

Preferred Qualifications

Startup experience where you had to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with constantly changing prioritiesProven ability to understand complex systems

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$220,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
