We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. Sales Support Specialists act as a liaison between the sales team and multiple internal operational departments at Fossil, building relationships, acquiring insight, and gaining knowledge in areas such as planning, sales, logistics, product, vendor compliance, accounting, and more. As a result, seasoned Sales Support team members are highly regarded as being knowledgeable and well-versed in communication skills, multi-tasking, and systems such as AS400, PKMS, SAP AFS S/D, and Microsoft Office.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Interaction with multiple departments to ensure order accuracy and timely shippingAnalyzing daily reports to ensure customer purchase orders are allocated, shipped and delivered to the warehouse for processing based on customer requirementsActing as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the order fulfillment processOffering training to both new and existing Sales Support SpecialistsEntering customer sales orders as neededUtilizing key transactions within SAP AFS Sales and Distribution module dailyParticipating in various projects related to Sales Support as required

Your Skills

1-2 years retail experienceBasic understanding of retail mathBachelor’s degree is strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeSAP experience is a plusStrong work ethic, analytical skills, and communication skillsOrganizational skills and experience multitasking within a fast paced environmentStrong sense of ambition: Willing to take ownership for your career and to succeed within the business
