Foster Arizona Housing Support & Logistics Coordinator
The Foster Arizona Housing Support & Logistics Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Foster Arizona. The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and design solutions in a fast-paced environment. This full time exempt position requires officing onsite. This position includes occasional nightand weekend availability specific to organizational needs.
In administration, the Housing Support & Logistics Coordinator will:Assist in implementation of the organizationβs program vision and yearly goalsEnsure housing data is tracked, accurate, and easily accessible to the organization.Assist in creation and implementation of housing processes and proceduresOversee tech upkeep, current use, and implementation of new systemsFacilitate maintenance services and maintenance systems developmentOrdering of supplies related to program and participant needs
In direct support, the Housing Support & Logistics Coordinator will:Assist in direct support of needs for housing program participantsParticipate in monthly rotation of emergency support lineManage intake of new & potential housing program participants
In communications, the Housing Logistics & Operations Coordinator will:Track and communicate program successes and gap spaces in community partners and volunteer engagement to strengthen engagement with youth in the program.Track and communicate program successes and gap spaces with current and graduated participants to strengthen engagement and long term outcomes with youth served.Coordinate and communicate maintenance services Communicate needs, challenges, and successes to CEO
In budget and finances, the Housing Logistics & Operations Coordinator will:Communicate any financial resources needed to effectively accomplish goals to CEO.Keep accurate records of any purchases made and submit receipts in a timely manner to CEO.
Housing Logistics & Operations Coordinator Services Skills and QualificationsCompassionate and able to relate to different clients with various needsStrong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage teamsFlexible and willing to pivot quickly as neededExcellent in organizational and time management.Effective communication skillsHigh critical thinking and problem-solving ability.Able to multitask and handle stressful situationsRespectful of team members, program participants, and community partnersQualifies for or currently possess a fingerprint clearance cardComputer literacy; efficient in Excel, Word, Google programs and databases.At least 2 years of experience with the foster care populationNon profit program and/or volunteer leadership experience preferred
