We are looking to add a Commercial Property Manager to our team. Check out the job below. Our compensation package is flexible based on experience level of the successful candidate.

The Commercial Property Manager reports directly to the Director of Commercial Properties and has ownership of their property portfolio - to manage them as if they were their own.You will manage a portfolio of commercial properties in the Milwaukee metro area. As the key professional contact with our clients, you will develop, communicate and manage business plans for each property and owner in your portfolio.

Working with an accounting partner, you will provide monthly/quarterly financial reporting to each client and work to achieve financial goals while adding value to the properties through sound management and decision making. Utilizing excellent communication and relationship building skills, you will maintain existing relationships, work to expand those opportunities and leverage that in pursuit of additional clients and business opportunities. Partnering with our maintenance team, you are responsible for the overall well being of the property, coordinating vendors and subcontractors and tracking building operational issues.

Keys to success in this position include:Understanding the leasing process and the ability to effectively support the broker/agency leasing team.Financial acumen with a thorough understanding of retail accounting principles including recovery ratios and methods, allocating costs to various CAM pools, accrual and cash basis accounting, reading and understanding financials and be able to abstract information from a lease.Bachelor's Degree and/or industry certification preferred.Minimum of 3 years property management experience assisting in the management of in-depth commercial real estate.Reliable, proactive and effective problem solving skills and strong work ethicProven ability to promote and foster positive working relationships with clients, tenants, co-workers, management, and corporate staff.Microsoft Office proficiency required/Yardi Property Management software preferredPossess valid driver’s license and insuranceFounders 3 is an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
