Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a CUT Back Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The CUT Back Server reports to the General Manager of CUT. Work Authorization for the location is required.

Job Summary
The Back Server provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The Back Server aids front servers in the prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items.
Essential Job Functions
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly serviceTransport food from the kitchen to the outlet in an efficient and accurate mannerAssist Front Servers in all aspects of the dining experienceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayEnsure the proper set up of all side stations in the outletHave knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsAssemble table and place settings to ensure that they are always clean, safe, and orderlyFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beveragePerforms other job-related duties as assigned
