The Opportunity
Kids for All Seasons & Recreation Attendant (Intern)
Who We Look For
We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.
Responsibilities
Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safe environment; activities may include, water sports, kids' games, pool side movies and more Assist with planning and executing Recreation Summer Camp
Minimum Qualifications
Prior related experience of 2 years Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. Must be available June through July
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
