📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a renowned purpose-driven, clean beauty brand, is seeking an energetic International Trade Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:Implement and manage global strategies while driving the execution of in-store, online and omnichannel activity for all International retailersCreate marketing briefs & serve as the liaison between international and global cross functional teams (such as creative , marketing, VM)Act as the international department lead for any brand or retailer related events and activations.Analyze new launch and marketing performance. Use data analytics to drive business decisions.Work with the Director of International to support the development of all sales plans, by store, by month.Execution of international sampling strategy, working cross functionally with demand planning/planning team to ensure timeliness of shipmentsAllocate trade budgets by Channel and retailer: returns, mark downs, trade spendManage all logistics and execution of marketing plans and sampling strategy, including all merchandising strategy, promotional activities, and product launches internationally
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree5 years in Retail MarketingExperience in EU/UK/ ME/ ANZ markets, Sephora experience requiredProficient at sales analysis, business planning and executionStrong creative and analytical skills
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + BonusHybrid Schedule
