Job Description

The FOX Sports Field Operations Department is seeking a Freelance Workflow Operations Manager to join their team. The FOX Sports Field Operations Department is a dynamic and fast-paced team that provides support for various sporting events, typically seven days a week. This department is responsible for ensuring that all technical and operational aspects of live sporting events are seamless and flawless.The FOX Sports Field Operations Department is a critical component of the live sports broadcasting experience. Overall the department is a vital part of the live sports broadcasting experience, and their dedication and hard work help ensure that fans can enjoy the thrill of the game from the comfort of their own homes.

Support the Remote Field Operations TeamSupport all sports in training, initial rollout of new workflows, and troubleshooting for both Playbook and Smartsheets systemsDevelop, fine tune and oversee the execution of operational workflow for event documentation across all sportsProduce grids, production memos and indirect management of sport specific reports within current systems of Playbook and SmartsheetsAnalyze existing workflows and processes and make recommendations on best practicesWork as part of a team to streamline standardized systems and workflow across various sports within our department and produce supporting documentation to shareOversight and management of sport specific documentation within all Fox Sports Systems, including but not limited to Smartsheets and SalesforceOn Sports of emphasis, build central hubs of information for Operations (Launchpads/Dashboards), as well Production Memos and distribute weeklyOn Sports of emphasis, coordinate with internal and external groups in relation to credentials, travel details, deadlines for events and other important informationOn Sports of emphasis, plan weekly meetings and other in person events as needed On Sports of emphasis, manage Google folders and archiving of informationWork with the FOX Sports Uber team to manage our internal Uber programWork as a point person across all sports for system challenges, as well as opportunities

What You Will Need

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $93,600.00-104,000.00 annually. We provide Freelancers medical/dental/vision insurance and 401k after they meet eligibility criteria and any State required time-off, in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
