What will you be doing?Travels up to 100%, both internationally and domestic. Average travel expected to be 50+% but periods of 100% is possible. Some “travel” to be accomplished virtually through remote access to customer systems.Understands and operate within the company’s and/or customer’s objectives for each engagement.Recognizes when to seek guidance on procedure when working on customer’s equipment.Provides quality documentation for customer reports and end user instructions.Maintains technical understanding of current product set, including customer specific products.Maintains basic working knowledge of cyber-security tools and their capabilities.Participates in creating and improving internal process and procedure documentation.Supports validation, secure production, technical support and engineering teams, as needed.

Required ExperienceAll candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. A degree may substitute for 1-2 years of related work experience. Preferred experience includes CompTIA Network+ and/or Comp TIA Security+ certification, VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V, Linux.
