📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Project Manager Automotive Parts ManufacturingAutomotive Tier 1Join a Global US Automotive Parts Manufacturing company (Automotive Tier 1) as a Project Manager to support the Manufacturing Engineering team. Track timelines and budgets for new equipment and specialized tooling for new models and keep company management and customers informed of progress. Manage program timeline and budgets from product introduction to launch for specialized equipment to build parts for new car models. Work closely with internal constituents - Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, IE, Sales, Keep company management informed and customers informed of program / project status and timelines including delays and cost overruns. Work with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers to track project timelines. Skills 5 plus years experience in the launch of products - automotive industry experience is preferred in managing projects or program management.Must have a 4 year degree in Business or Engineering.Prefer Automotive Powertrain or Drivetrain Experience or Electrical Experience.
