The Role

Frank & Eileen is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will be responsible for working with our internal creative team, marketing team, and site merchandising team in support of the creation of assets across digital, social, and paid channels, as well as marketing and event collateral. This role will work closely with the creative, marketing and digital teams to execute the brand's creative vision, ensuring that all design work aligns with brand standards and objectives. This role aids in the definition of the brand's digital design look and feel—from seasonal campaigns to product launches. Exceptional attention to detail, sharp eye for visual design, and an understanding of the brand and brand guidelines are required to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

Work with the design, copy, and marketing teams to support all marketing initiatives.Create and utilize templates both for creative development and platform building, consistently adding to these and improving them.Identify and evolve creative solutions to grow site experiences; incorporate both brand direction and performance data.Works closely with the creative team to transform concepts into visual executions that articulate the Frank & Eileen brand and deliver on business needs.Design an array of digital and print assets including campaign concepts, banner ads, print pieces, site assets, and social assets.Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets.Improve the creative workflow process, including finding efficiencies in leveraging templates while still maintaining creativity and delivering added value to the consumer.Assist with creation and maintenance of internal and external presentations and guides as needed.Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends.Analyze and optimize creative for performance and best practices.

Who You Are

Passionate about Frank & Eileen and our mission.4+ years of relevant design experience (Figma experience a plus).Experience in Adobe programs - Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.Site UX experience/best practices (Shopify experience a plus).Strong conceptual thinker with a digital and print background.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, have a keen understanding of graphic/web design principles and current web technologies (HTML, CSS).Strong communicator and have the ability to prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical timelines.Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns.Able to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration.Resilient - Comfortable and confident with ambiguity and autonomy.Adaptable - Able to work in a dynamic environment.Thorough and Conscientious - Demonstrate initiative and provide complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.Nimble - Able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.Problem solver - With an analytical and inquisitive mind.Detail-oriented - Ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities.Team Player - Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.Initiative - A self-starter and looks for areas needing improvement.

Salary Range: $75,000-$82,000
