📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
GRC Analyst - Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid) - $80,000
GRC Analyst opportunity working for one the nations most prominent Engineering & Environmental Services organisations.
Working as a key member within a highly collaborative team, you drive efforts focused on the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company wide Governance Risk and Compliance program.
You will have complete trust and autonomy to support strategic and innovative company initiatives through technological solutions.
Following a hybrid working schedule, you will be required to be onsite 3 days a week in the Parsippany, NJ office.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the GRC program.Perform security and compliance assessments on new and existing systems, processes, technology. Perform periodic gap assessments to validate compliance on an ongoing basis.Evaluate existing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.Work with various business units to ensure controls are adequate, appropriate, and effective. Collaborate with management, network and security teams to define IT security standards and develop supporting organizational policies.
