📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

The successful Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be focused on enhancing and maintaining the firm's technology endpoints. The successful Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing automated solutions for software deployment, managing the lifecycle of laptops, and providing high-level support for escalated end-user issues. The ideal applicant will be an expert in Endpoint Engineering and have a desire to work with legal technology.
What skills do you need?5 years of Endpoint Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.At least 5 years’ experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory S\structure, and managing Group Policies.Minimum 3 years’ experience with Azure, M365, and Intune.Expertise in MECM administration, Patch Management (including BIOS and firmware updates), Imaging, Scripting, MSI, Packaging, & Automation.Proficiency in administering and deploying software using Intune/MECM in a global environment.Basic Database Administration skills, particularly with SQL Server.Strong knowledge and experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell).Experience in legal technology is a plus- iManage or any other Document Management System (DMS).
