Job Details

Frazier & Deeter is looking for a new leader to grow and develop their Audit practice in the Nashville market. The ideal candidate will thrive on the opportunity to “take ownership” of growing and managing this practice. They will lead a team through all phases of the audit process which includes developing a thorough assessment and understanding of the client’s business needs and objectives. They will establish themselves as a leader in the community through a network while being known for providing high quality client service. The ideal candidate will also promote new ideas and business solutions to the firms’ clients while serving as a role model and providing mentoring and training to staff members.

Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)

Actively participate in the execution of the firm’s Audit growth strategy, specific to the Nashville marketBeing committed to serving the profession and maintaining the highest level of audit qualityResponsibility for upholding high ethical standards and adhering to independence standards Developing a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and staying abreast of issues that might affect your clientMaintaining positive, professional relations with staff and clientsProvide an exceptional client experience Have or be able to quickly build a network of business contacts and referral sources in the Nashville market.Help build a dedicated and motivated team of professionals to accomplish the vision and strategy and to position Frazier & Deeter as a leader in assurance services to these market segments.Develop new client relationships and lead all aspects of an audit engagement.Working in a team environment as a leader of a group within a larger organization.

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant15+ years of experience in public accountingEstablished expertise with one or more industry verticals such as technology, real estate, construction, healthcare, manufacturing & distribution or other industries relevant to the Tennessee region.Private equity experience preferredDynamic leadership and teambuilding experienceInnovation mindset; forward thinkingCommunications, sales and marketing experienceAbility to cross-sell firm services to existing client baseProven leadership qualities
