Position Overview
The team is part of Enterprise Supply Chain in the Finance Division. We are responsible for a wide variety of financial functions such as Supplier Administration, Travel and Expense Management, Daily Banking and Settlement Processes and Corporate Credit Card Program Management. This position will be focused primarily on centralized supplier administration, however, will have the opportunity and expectation to learn all aspects of the team's responsibilities and assist where needed.

Even though we are a financial focused team, customer service is very important as we interact and help all levels of internal employees and external suppliers.
Your Impact
In this role you will be an integral part of the success of the team and will be required to perform the below tasks as well as any others assigned by management.
Monitor the Supplier Administration & Travel and Business Expenses General Mailboxes and ensure all emails have been addressedPerform data entry support to establish or update supplier profiles in PeopleSoftEnsure all required documentation (w-9, vendor admin form, notarized ACH form have been completed, submitted, and attached in PeopleSoft)Provide customer service by answering questions via email or phone within a reasonable timePerform basic reporting and analysis as requested.Follow established Financial Controls as indicatedOther duties established or assigned by the manager
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience of related professional workBachelors degree or equivalent experienceProven knowledge of general financial and accounting processesAbility to handle operational processes with strict deadlines and controlsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Ability to work in a fast-paced work environmentPeopleSoft & Workday exposure

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $62,000 - $94,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
