Requirements:Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas7+ years of personal injury experienceAble to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docketDirect legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation processUnderstand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each caseDepose parties and fact and expert witnessesDraft and argue motionsSuperior analytical issues and ability to analyze complex issuesStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work within a fast-paced environmentAbility to work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and from time to time travel as required for trial or pre-trial requirementsFirst Chair or Second Chair Trial ExperienceBilingual Preferred but not required
