Summary

The Manager of Show Site Operations will be responsible for managing and supervising the work of the Creative Services Manager, and Labor Coordinators.

This position will support our Audio Visual & Event Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

Dallas, TXLas Vegas, NVChicago, ILOrlando, FL

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Actively participate in hiring, firing, coaching, and reviewing all members of show site operations.Coordinate between show-site and warehouse operations to ensure quality of service and to build efficiencies and team workCreate, follow, and enforce company guidelines relating to company policy, show site operations and safetyResponsible for coordinating with Freeman - AV sales and operations to successfully prepare, produce and return showsRegional resource on venue information including but not limited to load in and load out paths, venue exclusives and work rulesAssist warehouse personnel in determining quality and usefulness of equipmentDevelop and foster a positive, team-oriented atmospherePerform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

College Degree from a four (4) year college or equivalent professional work experience.Four (4) years on site event management experienceFour (4) years of supervisory or management experienceWide knowledge base in Audio, Lighting, Video, and Set SystemsMust effectively manage time and resourcesMust be able to work on multiple projects at the same timeExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent customer service skills
