📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Summary:The Account Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support recruitment staffing divisions within the organization. As the Account Executive you will have the responsibility of developing relationships both internally and with external clients to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:Develop relationships with clients through an array of contact methodsSchedule appointments for in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients to inform of services offeredClient relationship management between clients and internal counterparts responsible for order intake and fulfillmentCross-sell niche services to meet clients needsCollaborate with Marketing to deliver customized proposals as neededEffectively communicate with all levels of decision makers to foster long-term relationships
Requirements:3+ years of experience in a metrics driven sales environmentStrong communication skills, both written and spoken2+ years of experience in a cold sales environment, required2+ years of relationship management experience, preferredStrong computer skills: MS Office Suite, and social media platforms
