📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Art Director will have an illustrative or design background to enhance brand identity of the organization through logos, wardrobes, and merchandising. l
Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Creative Director, Copywriters and other Creative Team members to conceptualize and implement off-air creativesCreate and produce innovative ideas aligned with the organizations brand identity and strategiesAdhere to timeline and budgetary requirements for items producedSupport creative concepts while discussing alternatives and different directives as neededCreate original designs and concepts aligned with brand identity which feature unexpected elementsWork closely with Production to ensure quality and timeline requirements are metCommunicates and collaborates with studio and traffic managers regarding project deadlines and scope to ensure studio resource scheduling
Requirements:5+ years of illustration experience inclusive of logos, apparel, or consumer merchandise.Possess a strong portfolio of concepts, designs, and logos with cutting edge print workProficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign with an illustrative abilityKnowledgeable of all phases of productionPhoto shoot experience, a plusAbility to work onsite 5x/week
