📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Summary:The Business Analytics Manager is a newly created role on the Digital Marketing Team. As the Business Analytics Manager you will play a critical role building and maintaining dashboards which reflect e-commerce and digital marketing analytics. The Business Analytics Manager will be responsible for trend and marketing analysis providing insights for business improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage dashboards showcasing marketing and e-commerce activityCollaborate with IT and Systems Teams to automate processes to integrate information from several data pointsDevelop site and channel analytics for e-commerce. Including industry benchmarks and KPIsSupport Google Analytics management ensuring data capture including tagging structure, UTM structure, channel settings, etc. in partnership with cross-functional team membersProvide weekly and monthly performance reports and highlightsSupport ad-hoc forecasting or modeling needsProvide business improvement initiative recommendations and prioritization bases on findings
Requirements:3+ years of experience in a Business Analytics role, preferably in a CPG organizationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, or related fieldPrior working knowledge of Shopify, required3+ years of experience working with PowerBI, Tableau, or related products to create and manage dashboardsStrong analytical skillsExpertise with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and advanced ExclGoogle Analytics Certified and GA4, a plus
