A unique business owner in southern California is looking for a personal assistant for his family and estate. This position is perfect for college students who would enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities.Essential Job Functions:Conduct community tours for future residents.This is a Floating position where agents will visit various properties as needed.Generate leads and lease apartment homes.Accurately complete all applicant, lease, and resident paperwork.Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value.Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences.Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.Experience/Requirements:Monday-Friday 8am-5pmsome overtime/ weekend hours may be neededmaintain a strict level of discretion and confidentialityorganizational and computer skillspolished, friendly and professional demeanorproactive go-getter: no task is too big or too smallcan do attitudevalid drivers license requiredInterest in legal, real estate, IT, finance, accounting, or business admintech savvyverbal and written communication skillswillingness to take criticism and improveJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeWork Location: In person
