Supervisor of Phlebotomy Services
Location: US: WI: WEST BEND at our CP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTER facility.Work Type: Full-time.Shift: 1st Job Summary:Supervises daily activities for the Laboratory Services Specialist (LSS) team; oversees the work of the LSS Team making certain all areas under his/her responsibility are covered and all policies and procedures are adhered to.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy/lab experience is required. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:An associate degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field is required. In lieu of formal education would consider a High School diploma or equivalent and equivalent combination of education and experience with a strong background in Phlebotomy.
