With over seventy years of combined family law experience, our attorneys specialize in a variety of family court matters including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, custody, support, appeals, relocation, and grandparents' rights.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney at Fromm Smith & Gadow. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling legal issues related to family law, representing clients in court, preparing and filing motions, conducting depositions, and providing legal advice and guidance to clients. While the role is primarily located in Phoenix, AZ, there is flexibility for some remote work.
QualificationsExpertise in Family Law and applicable legal issuesExperience in preparing and filing motions and conducting depositionsStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAdmission to the state bar and active license to practice lawExperience in handling family court matters and litigationKnowledge of relevant state laws and regulationsRequired Education and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant Family law cases and a minimum of five years experience practicing law.Board Certified in Family Law is a plus (not a requirement).
