Who You Are

As an IT Business Analyst III with Frost, you will apply a high level of technical application support experience to complex technology related activities. These task range in levels of considerable difficulty and importance. You will work under the direction of a Segment Manager or Project Manager, to assist in the definition, design, development, and deployment of related technology projects. In addition, you will provide leadership, guidance, and training to multiple staff members.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and elicit requirements for projects and initiativesAnalyze and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementDocument business, function and non-functional to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and alignment on requirements and/or proposed solutionsDevelop and propose solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiencyProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to drive ongoing efficienciesAct as the liaison between Line of Business partners and IT Provide ongoing systems production support as needed

What You’ll Need

5+ years related IT industry experienceExperience as a business analyst or in a similar roleMulti-tasking, self-starterExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of informationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environmentExperience working in project teamsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Additional Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degreeExperience with Item Processing softwareTechnical Experience in the Financial IndustryExperience with coaching and less experienced business analysts
