Job Description
During the summer internship you will learn the full life cycle of recruiting. This includes business development, sourcing for potential candidates for active job opportunities, initial candidate screening calls, assisting candidates through the submission and interview process, negotiating unique compensation packages, and maintaining a high standard of customer service after our candidates begin work. Not only will this allow you to gain a better understanding of how a recruiting firm operates, it will also help improve your overall business acumen. Throughout the internship you will gain connections that will last much longer than just your time here at FTSi. Connections that can span into other careers you may decide to pursue.
