Content Producer

Responsibilities:Create compelling and informative content for blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and other digital assets to attract and engage their target audience.Develop content templates and define content structures and components using ContentStack, ensuring consistency and scalability across all content types.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to align content strategies with business objectives and customer needs.Integrate ContentStack with Optimizely to build and test content templates, including A/B testing variations to optimize performance and user experience.Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using Optimizely and other analytics tools, and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and templates.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content management, optimization, and digital marketing. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.4+ years of experience in content production, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.Proven experience with ContentStack and Optimizely, including building and testing content templates and conducting A/B tests.Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting compelling narratives and persuasive copy.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation, able to generate new ideas and approaches to engage and inspire our audience.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of SEO best practices and principles is a plus.
