📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our well known Seattle based client is currently seeking an UX/UI Designer who will bring a high degree of experience, creativity, and disruptive ideas to their platform.
Job Requirements:· Create frameworks, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and detailed visual mockups to communicate design strategies.· Contribute to the architecture of near and long-term user experience visions for features and products.· Analyze and assess customer behavior, identify opportunities to solve problems, and create market leading experiences.· Experience owning the end-to-end design of complex products (FinTech, HealthTech, AI/ML, etc)· Present your work to business, product, engineering, marketing, operations, and executive-level leadership and support your design decisions with data, customer feedback, user research, or judgement.· Partner with engineering to develop a reusable design system that works across the application.
The ideal candidate would also have:· 4+ years of industry experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer· Bachelor’s or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
