Maintenance Manager
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Fulcrum Property Management is a growing property management company. We manage single family and small multi-family properties in the Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, and Philomath areas.
Seeking a motivated person to travel to homes throughout Corvallis and Albany areas to handle maintenance issues or make properties tenant-ready. Ability to work with a computer to describe work performed, materials used, and hours worked. Good communication and customer service skills needed to answer phone calls and schedule work with tenants or third-party vendors. Must have good driving record. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in maintenance.
Repairs include but not limited to:Basic CarpentryPaintingLight ElectricalLight PlumbingDrywall repairsWindow repairsWater Heater repairHardware ReplacementLock ChangesLight fixture/Fan Repair/ReplaceOther miscellaneous tasks.
Responsibilities:Excellent time management skillsIdentify and communicate prioritiesUse power tools.Be able to work independently.Customer service orientation.Analyze situations and solve problems using good judgment.Reliable transportation capable of transporting necessary tools, including power washing equipment and ladder.
Qualifications:Pre-employment background check is required on all final candidatesTwo (2) years of previous experience in a maintenance-related field, preferably in property management for single-family or multi-family propertiesPositive attitudeCurrent and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving recordHigh School Diploma or GEDKnowledge of and adherence to all Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws, refraining from all illegal discrimination practices
