We are looking for a Medication Assisted Therapy Care Manager to support our Emerald Clinic in Boise, Idaho.
Purpose
The Medication Assisted Therapy Care Manager will enhance the scope of addictions treatment and the recovery continuum, support the client through the intake process, and advocate for the patient. The Medication Assisted Therapy Case Manager also provides individual case management and education to patients and acts as a liaison with other community-based agencies to ensure continuity of treatment and compliance.
The Medication Assisted Therapy Case Manager works closely with Nursing and Care Managers as well as team members from the Behavior Health (BHC) department.
Schedule - 8:00am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday

Qualifications
Education
L.P.N from accredited College of Nursing. A.D.N. or B.S.N. from accredited College of Nursing.
Experience
Minimum of two years clinical practice
Licensure / Certification
Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, or other accredited certifying organization. Valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Idaho, current BLS certification, and current ACLS certification.
