SUMMARY:We are currently seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations and in person tasks with Matt Engle’s Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, and Renters. This is a 1099 position working ~40-45+/hrs/week including weekend assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with Seller and Landlord client in person and licensed activities to help ensure they move from contract to closed, including but not limited to CMAs, scheduling and preparing materials for listing appointments, photography appointments, writing descriptions, facilitating the order of marketing material, lockbox setup, showings, open houses, inspections, appraisals, reviewing and organizing offers. Assist with Buyer and Rental clients by scheduling and showing homes, attend home inspections/appraisals, conduct walkthroughs, and Buyer CMAs. Review documents such as applications, leases and contracts, and listing drafts prepared by the VAs before they are sent out. Help move buyer, seller, landlord, and renter leads through the FUB pipeline to become secured clients by following up, regular communication, working checklists, and scheduling appointments with the lead agent.
QUALIFICATIONSActive Illinois Real Estate Brokers LicenseActive driver’s license with reliable transportation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills with an attention to detailProficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and other technology (g-suite, etc.).
COMPENSATIONTargeted comp 50k-60k+Base Salary – $30KCommission – ~$20k-$30K+
