📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Furmano Foods is in search of a Senior Financial, Planning & Analysis Analyst (“SR FP&A Analyst”). We are headquartered in Central Pennsylvania near Lewisburg, PA and we have over 300 employees, making over 200 million dollars in sales annually. We are a privately family-owned company founded on faith-based principles, with a long track record of success, and operate in the food manufacturing industry.
Reporting directly to the Controller and the Director FP&A, this position is responsible for the financial & accounting analytical support of the Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Distribution operations of the company. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and be comfortable operating with enterprise accounting systems, as well as Microsoft Office products. Experience with Adage and Prophix software would be beneficial.
The Sr FP&A analyst will also provide CAPEX budget support including Return on Investment analysis, traditional Sales reporting, Pricing & future cost sales support, Manufacturing Operations “War room” analysis as well as providing a leadership role in the preparation of budgets and overall financial plans for the company. This position will also provide a leadership role in the development of monthly reporting results.
Furmano Foods requires a four-year degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. The work environment is tight knit and fast paced. The role requires an action-oriented mindset, coupled with an internal customer service focus. While interaction with executive leadership will occur regularly, this individual is expected to direct their own efforts without the need for direct oversight.
