Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a premier OKC company to hire for a financial reporting accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public and/or corporate accounting.
Responsibilities Of The Financial Reporting Accountant
Preparation of SEC financial reporting forms (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.)Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsPrepare schedules to support filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)Remain current with SEC and GAAP requirements
Requirements Of The Financial Reporting Accountant
2 - 7 years of public audit and/or 3-7 years of corporate accounting Bachelor's degree in accountingCPA highly preferredKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP
Compensation Of The Financial Reporting Accountant
$90,000 - $120,000 (depending on education and experience) starting base salary plus lucrative bonus and benefits package
