CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Preparation of concept plans, technical specifications, and final construction plansObtaining, maintaining, and organizing support data for project designPerforming thorough due diligence and site investigation studiesDeveloping plans with engineering design; grading and erosion control, stormwater, utilities, and other engineering tasks as assignedAssisting project managers with permitting submittals and obtaining jurisdictional approvalsPreparing technical memos/letters for design documentsEducation and experience requirementsDegree in civil engineering or relevant area of study3-5 years of relevant experience in land development/site designProficient in Civil 3D & AutoCADE.I.T. PreferredStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to be self-motivated and performance drivenDetail-oriented
