Responsibilities:Greeting clients, potential clients, and assisting walk-insAnswering phones, taking messages, and forwarding calls to required partiesHandling mail, emails, and assisting with communications Calendaring and managing appointment remindersScanning, copying, filing and organizing filesFile set-up and drafting supportMaintaining an organized office and meeting room set-upTracking and following-up on referrals Notarizing (upon attaining Notary Commission)
Required for Role:Experience as Receptionist or comparable position Willingness to obtain Notary Public CommissionReliable transportation Proficient with: ○ Word ○ Outlook ○ Excel ○ Internet
Desired Skills and Attributes:MyCase or similar billing system Trusts and Estates experience Notary Public Commission
