Gamma Reality Inc. (GRI) provides real-time, mobile, 3D hazard mapping capabilities deployable in handheld mode, on unmanned robotic platforms (UAV/UGV) and on vehicles, to enable safer, more efficient, and dynamic missions. Job Description: As a Program Manager at GRI, you will work closely with the management team to support a range of business operations, from contracts administration to project management. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive communicator who enjoys being hands-on. This role will require adaptability, flexibility, and an agile mindset to manage competing priorities, support a broad range of business functions, and keep up with the fast pace of our team as we pursue opportunities to extend our impact. For experienced candidates, there are also opportunities to support strategic business development.

Role and Responsibilities:Work with the management team and team leads to support cross-functional coordination and planning for multiple projectsSupport contracts managementTrack milestones, deliverables, and other requirementsSupport review and development of documentation and collateralManage administrative and business operations in the officeRegularly monitor and communicate status/progress of pending tasksDevelop, implement, and/or improve internal business processes and proceduresSupport tracking and triaging of business opportunitiesSupport project planning timelines and resource allocation management in coordination with project and team leadsSupport other business functions, as well as special projects as needed

Requirements:Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute on complex, cross-functional processes and initiatives1+ years of experience in business operations, program/project management, or contracts management for a high growth organizationStrong communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholdersStrong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skillsHave a high threshold for navigating ambiguity and are able to balance setting strategic priorities with rapid, high-quality executionMinimum Bachelor's degree from a four year institution

Desired Skills and Experience:Experience working with technical teamsExperience working in a startup environmentExperience or familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or government contracting processesBachelors in Business Administration, MBA or related degree
