📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung inkl. Lösungsdokumentation und Kommunikation von Supportanfragen
- Erstellung von umfassender, detaillierter Dokumentation in Englisch für die Solution Database des Service Desk
- Regelmäßiges Reporting (ggf. Eskalation) an das Projektmanagement
- Bei Bedarf direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit dem betroffenen Businesspartner und Remoteübernahme des PCs zur Fehlerbehebung
- Fehleranalyse, Software-Installation, Software-Zuweisung via SCCM
Qualifikation
- IT-Ausbildung oder Umschulung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Incident-Management auf Level 2 Niveau
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SCCM
- Führerschein Klasse B
