Job Description
General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standardDevelop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staffMeet regularly with client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfactionParticipate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the accountEnsure 100% payroll and billing accuracyEnsure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned accountRespond quickly to critical situationsAbility to read and write detailed reportsEnforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
General Qualifications to work as an Account Manager at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least an associate's degree or equivalentMinimum 3 years progressive progressive management experiencePass an extensive screening process
