Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols of the construction site, including interior and exterior areas.Monitor surveillance cameras and other security systems.Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities.Enforce access control procedures, including checking credentials and issuing visitor passes.Monitor construction equipment and materials for theft or unauthorized use.Report any security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual incidents to the appropriate personnel.Provide assistance to site personnel, visitors, and contractors as needed.Ensure compliance with site security policies and procedures.Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of patrols and activities.Conduct security checks on gates, fences, and other access points.Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Your Background

You’re able to ace pass an extensive screening process.Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent (additional security training or certifications are a plus).Prior experience in security, military or law enforcement is preferred.Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate stable work history. Strong observational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills/experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. Ability to learn quickly.Strong computer skills.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
