Roles and Responsibilities

Support overall quality of the conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, and inspection of production engines Support and lead process improvements Coordinate with engineering on manufacturing related issues Participate in investigations related to quality issues - create 4 blockers describing investigation/action status – present to plant leader at bi-weekly quality meeting Identify/implement corrective actions for quality issues Support engine sickbays Update/create quality procedures Conduct quarterly workstation audits Serve as focal for internal and external audits (DoD, DNV, FAA, etc.) Support Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis events Investigate/answer all product related quality concerns Support Quality CCC, present quality metrics Input and influence decisions within own discipline and area Work on very complex technological issues or manufacturing processes Solve issues and develop new and innovative approaches to problem solving

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality)
