Provide key support to troubleshootingProvide information to multiple teams across the CompanyUnderstand and track the documentation that is contractually required for each job to ensure that all records are provided, accurate, and loaded into the Customer or Internal portals to support commissioning and operationWork with individual Manufacturing Cells to ensure Supplier Certificates are known, and Manufacturing required documents are completedReview all provided documents for legibility, completeness, and accuracy while working with the Suppliers or Manufacturing Cells on the prompt correction and completenessDetermine distinct serial numbers of the ‘As Built’ Unit or Spare to collect all required documentsUtilize inspection and Test Plans (ITP) to determine Customer specific requirements and the Projects Team to ensure a complete documentation packagePopulate all required records for the given unitSupport the Quality Team by searching all Greenville records, aiding in Engineering Analysis, Special Projects, Field Support, and Root Cause AnalysisSupport Quality and Customer Relations as neededPerform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED2+ years of manufacturing experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to build rapport with Internal Teams and Global SuppliersSolid problem-solving and process improvement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsCapacity to interpret drawingsKnowledge of SAPExperience with Adobe Acrobat ProfessionalPrior knowledge of Quality Administration and Contracts

The base pay range for this position is $75,400-$94,300 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% Annual Bonus incentive.
