TALENT ACQUISITION RECRUITER

Location: Remote US

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end full cycle recruiting activities supporting the Product & Technology team and other internal teams as needed. Will develop and foster strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, People Team colleagues and other key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Full cycle recruiting support for the P&T organization. Support TA teammates in times of fluctuation (take on searches outside of P&T occasionally)Open reqs, advertise using social media and other job boards, review resumes to make recommendations, source passive candidates, conduct phone screens and provide summary to hiring managers, schedule interviews, manage interview scheduling, offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptionsWork closely with HRBP to understand headcount needs and other organization changesServe as an ambassador of GeneDx’s mission, vision and values. Effectively “sell” candidates on the benefits of joining the companyInitiate strategy meetings with hiring managers to kick off searchesProactively communicate with hiring teams regarding the progress of search, strategize and adjust search techniques if needed,Build a robust talent pipeline of highly qualified and diverse candidates to meet current and future hiring needsProactively communicate with hiring managers regarding progress and provide information regarding competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and dataData integrity: keep ATS activity up to date to ensure clean and accurate dataUse traditional and nontraditional resources for attracting talent, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidatesEnsure a high quality, positive candidate experienceUnderstand and support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies

ABOUT YOU

4+ years of previous full cycle recruiting experience2 years recruiting in a technical environment. Market expertise in Software Engineering, Product and ITATS experience – preferably GreenhousePrior experience in a high growth, entrepreneurial environmentBiotech/Life Science industry experience a plusApproachable demeanor with the ability to engage with a variety of teammates and stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Transparency, Budgeted Range

$130,000—$150,000 USD
