We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Business Process Analyst to join our EMS team in Rancho Bernardo, CA.

Under general direction, this position is responsible for analyzing business and technical controls to formulate, provide & improve business solutions as it relates to SAP Financial Accounting in a GPD environment. Assist in the support and Integration of new and/or modified business controls. Complete understanding of business process/life cycle management principles, theories, concepts and a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards as it relates to Group, Pegging and Distribution (GPD) within a MRP environment (e.g., project systems, project stock/planning, WBS Elements, and breakpoints). Have knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering. Ability to analyze and document process workflows, procedures, documenting of business or system gaps and presenting new process designs to stakeholders. This position will function as a liaison between internal stakeholders and IT departments to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads, participates, and coordinates end-to-end execution of SAP FICO/Production Planning and Operations Solutions, to support discrete manufacturing in a GPD environmentSAP Proficient, with strong emphasis on Production/Demand Planning & GPD practicesBuild relationship and trust with key business stakeholders to understand business strategy and future needsLeads fit/gap analysis and working sessions to understand current and to-be business processes driven by requirements gathering and translates into possible solutions using best practicesServes as a liaison for managing requirements between the business, SME’s, and the IT development team for new functionality within SAP applications, releases and upgradesExperience with other SAP modules, SD, MM, WM, and QMFacilitate the testing, implementation, and support of SAP FICO business system improvementsExperience and/or basic understanding of SAP/PACE Reporting toolsExperience and/or basic understanding of GPD and WBS structuresAnalyzing and troubleshooting complex and multi-dimensional problems with business users and/or other IT professionalsCollaborate with internal/functional customers and various development teams to design, review solution, test new system functionality and implement based on business requirements and recommended best practicesAbility to lead Gap-Analysis sessions; As-Is/To-Be customization of business processes per requirements, blue printing, prototyping, integrated testing and documentationAbility to lead business process integration and testing across SAP modules and external applications. Developing test scenarios, test scripts and perform end-to-end testing.Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Performs other duties as assigned or required

Job Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and three or more years of experience as a business process analyst working with computerized management systems to include, but not limited to, product life cycle systems. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.Must have an extensive understanding of Production Planning/life cycle management principles, theories and concepts and an extensive understanding of SAP FICO industry practices, techniques, and standards.Experience with Production/Demand Planning & GPD practicesMust have extensive understanding and knowledge of SDLC methodologies.Must be customer focused and possess: the ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity; excellent verbal and written communications and presentations skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences; excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees, managers, customers and other external parties; the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information; and, strong computer skills.Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance is required.

Job Type: Full-Time Salary

Salary range: 62,510 - 105,628
